My Approach

I believe you matter. When you live boldly, your vibrancy radiates. Living boldly is an act of embracing daily who you are.

I am a queer therapist specializing in anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity.

Through our work together, you will understand what it means to live boldly as we focus on a two-pronged approach that gently examines your past while grounding you in the present by identifying your values and letting those take the lead in decision making. When we're able to ground into our values, this in turn allows us to embrace the fullness of who we are without shame.

To get there, I'll be a fierce partner and ally in your growth. I am committed to challenging limiting beliefs, validating your feelings and emotions, encouraging you to trust your intuition, and designing a unique system for you that restores self-confidence, worth and compassion through curiosity, humor and action.
