Meet Ashley: LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist
in Texas & Colorado
Hi, I’m Ashley!
Therapist for Big Feelings,
Messy Middles & Fresh Starts
Hi, I’m Ashley — a queer, trauma-informed therapist offering online therapy for adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the in-between, or ready to reimagine your next chapter, I’m here to support you.
I work with folks who are:
Living with anxiety, burnout, or chronic stress
Exploring gender, sexuality, or other evolving aspects of identity
Managing the layered experience of ADHD
Facing major transitions — like divorce, career shifts, chronic illness, or relationship changes
Feeling unfulfilled after achieving professional success and wondering, “Now what?”
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I use a mix of mindfulness, narrative work, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected — to yourself and to others.
Therapy doesn’t have to be rigid or clinical. It can feel like a conversation where you get to breathe, reflect, and try something new. My hope is to create a space that feels both safe and energizing — especially for queer and neurodivergent folks who haven’t always felt seen.
Ready for a soft place to land or a brave place to begin again?
